Get to the Frontlines in Headquarters: World War II
Slitherine Software and Starni Games have launched a free demo version for their highly anticipated title Headquarters: World War II during the Steam Next Fest. It will be available on the platform from 5th to 12th February. Players will finally get to experience the fast-paced turn-based gameplay across two playable missions in this demo.
The demo comprises two missions: a tutorial mission and the initial battle from the captivating German campaign. The tutorial serves as an ideal training platform for fresh recruits to hone their skills before frontline deployment. In the second mission of the demo, players will revisit the historic battle of the D-Day. Experience it through the lens of the Germans as they engage in combat against the Allied forces.
Headquarters: World War II is coming out sometime in Q2 of 2024. It covers the historic Battle of Normandy through three narrative-rich campaigns representing the USA, the UK, and Germany. The exciting part is that each one of them has nine missions. Complementing these campaigns are additional gameplay modes including Skirmish Mode, a versatile Map Editor tool, random map generation capabilities, and a Multiplayer Mode for up to four players.
