The cult is getting bigger. It’s time to let the followers go forth and multiply. There is much more to enjoy along this path of sin and debauchery. Not to mention it will help appease the dark ones. Today, Massive Monster and Devolver Digital are happy to unveil the latest update for their hit roguelike, Cult of the Lamb. Inviting players to the game’s biggest update so far. The update, titled “Sins of the Flesh”, introduces a host of new content to the game from cult interactions, to weapons, and more. Importantly, a new trailer gives players a glimpse of the sin that awaits.Â
Cult of the Lamb places players in the role of a possessed lamb. After dark forces save the lamb from execution, they task him with a job: gather followers. Of course, now that the cult has grown, enemies and non-believers seek to put an end to the community. Yet, they follow the commands of the lamb, and thus they work in service of the dark stranger. As the lamb, players must make the cult thrive, exploring the surrounding forest, defeating opposing powers, and collecting resources. Of course, there are many ways to gather followers. The new update is sure of that.
Importantly Cult of the Lamb’s newest update, Sins of the Flesh, allows cult members to reproduce. Yet, that is just the beginning. Additionally, the update allows for more interactions with the cult, new outfit styles, new life options, and more. In fact, the update also features a brand-new weapon the mighty blunderbuss to blast away the non-believers, smiting the heretics.
