The year is coming to an end and everyone is eager to find out which game mod is the best. Well, luck for us ModDB has officially announced the Mod of the Year 2023. This award is particularly held to celebrate the most creative and popular mods according to the community. Each of the winners as well as the 100 nominees did a great job in pushing the boundaries in gaming.
This year witnessed numerous captivating entries, and after tallying 82,043 votes, Thief: The Black Parade took 1st place. It is closely followed by Entropy: Zero-Uprising and Half-Life: MMod in the 2nd and 3rd respectively. Here is the list of all the final Top 10 mods:
