Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Tops the Nintendo Switch Games Chart
Nintendo has finally revealed the latest financial report for FY2024 along with an updated list of the best-selling Switch games as of 30th September 2023.
The previous report saw an unexpected appearance by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, whereas this quarter has remained stable and unchanged. As a matter of fact, all the titles managed to keep their position as observed in August with sales increasing steadily.
The chart-topper is the iconic Mario Kart 8 Deluxe which is still sitting in pole position. The game has sold over 57.1 million units (An additional 1.64 million since the previous update). Animal Crossing: New Horizons took second place with 43.38 million sales.

2. Animal Crossing: New Horizons – 43.38 million (up from 42.79 million)
3. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – 32.44 million (up from 31.77 million)
4. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 31.15 million (up from 30.65 million)
5. Super Mario Odyssey – 26.95 million (up from 26.44 million)
6. Pokémon Sword and Shield – 26.02 million (up from 25.92 million)
7. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet – 23.23 million (up from 22.66 million)
8. Super Mario Party – 19.66 million (up from 19.39 million)
9. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – 19.50 million (up from 18.51 million)
10. New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe – 16.70 million (up from 16.17 million)
These records include all the worldwide sales, combining physical, digital, and bundle copies.
