Explore the Pixelated World of Hammerwatch II
Get ready for some epic battles! Get ready for some epic battles! Modus Games and Crackshell have announced that Hammerwatch II will launch on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 on 12 December. It will be available for a price of $24.99. The game is also coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4 next year. Moreover, it is already out on PC via Steam.
The news is accompanied by a new trailer as well that showcases what players can expect on their consoles. It includes a brand-new look at the greatest evil players will face in this hack-and-slash co-op action RPG.
The team behind the game is also planning to launch a remastered version of the original Hammerwatch game. Along with a special digital bundle and physical edition called Hammerwatch II: The Chronicles Edition, which will be priced at $34.99. This edition will contain the following:
- Hammerwatch II
- The original remastered Hammerwatch Anniversary Edition
- Additional character color palettes, facial items, and the character voice pack
In the story, Blight the Horrible and his army have successfully overthrown King Roland and brought destruction to the kingdom of Herian. However, all hope is not lost yet as King Roland’s resistance movement holds strong deep within the sewers. He has selected you as one of the mighty heroes to defeat Blight and restore the kingdom.
You will choose between five unique character classes: Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Wizard, and Warlock. And traverse the vast land of Hammer Island, the Fallowfields, and the dark mountainous regions of Blackbarrow. Gather trusted allies along the way and put an end to Blight’s the Horrible.
