The Japanese video game company Polyscape Inc. has launched MISTROGUE: Mist and the Living Dungeons today. The game is available on PC (Windows and Mac) via Steam. Moreover, you can purchase it for just $8.44 USD with a special 35% launch discount. This offer will be available until 2 November.
MISTROGUE: Mist and the Living Dungeons is a real-time 3D roguelike action game. It pays homage to the classic Mystery Dungeon series. You play as Mist, a young man on a mission to find his missing father and uncover the secrets of the Feril Ruins.
The game is characterized by its “Living Dungeons” where the structure dynamically changes in front of your eyes. You must defeat the powerful monsters that reside inside the dungeon using vital equipment and skills. There is also a special item called “Maze Stone”, which enables you to modify the dungeon’s structure.
All the weapons, shields, and bracelets have skills where you can install skills inside them. The game also features a “Skill Book”, and with its help, you can create over 80 different combinations. Additionally, there are several game modes as well such as the “Story mode”, “Endless Hyperspace”, “The Battle Road”, and “Memory Treasure”.
