Tales From the Loop Releases “They Grow Up So Fast”

The glorious days of youth aren’t forever. In fact, it’s an ever-diminishing period of time. However, there are ways to keep a hold of it. Some of these ways even include monsters and the countryside of Sweden and Nevada. Today, Free League Publishing is happy to announce the release of the new expansion for their tabletop RPG, Tales From the Loop. The expansion, titled “They Grow Up So Fast”, introduces four new adventures for fans of the game to play that makeup one larger campaign. Of course, the new expansion also brings a new setting and a brand-new mystery to solve. A press release provides more information in addition to the store page for the expansion. 

Tales From the Loop places players in the role of kids during a 1980s that never happened. A countryside full of beasts and machines awaits. Of course, with them comes a world of mysteries both magical and dangerous. Importantly, players will select from different character archetypes or classes such as the Bookworm, the Troublemaker, the Popular Kid, and the Weirdo. As this group players will adventure throughout the countryside of Sweden or Nevada. Here they will encounter several different types of robots and monsters as they shirk their normal life troubles and replace them with a more mysterious kind of trouble. 

Importantly the expansion, “They Grow Up So Fast”, introduces a brand new setting to the TTRPG. Now, players can adventure throughout the countryside of the UK Loop of Norfolk Broads. Of course, the four new adventures that come with the expansion work to create an overarching campaign that makes up the four seasons of a year.
