The legendary Metal Gear Solid series by Hideo Kojima is making a comeback in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1. As a part of its arrival, Konami has shared its resolution and frame rate table for all the platforms. This upcoming collection will have enhanced visuals and performance along with a variety of bonus content.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. will launch on October 24, 2023. It will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The collection will feature three of the most acclaimed stealth action games of all time. This includes Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1

Here are some information regarding all the three games:

Metal Gear Solid is the first game in the series and it originally came out in 1998 for the PlayStation. In this game, legendary soldier Solid Snake infiltrates a nuclear weapons facility on a mission to stop the terrorist group FOXHOUND from launching a nuclear strike.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty launched in 2001 for the PlayStation 2. The game features a branching storyline that allows players to make choices that affect the outcome of the game. It is about a young soldier named Raiden who goes on a mission to rescue the President of the United States from a group of hijackers.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater landed in 2004 for the PlayStation 2. The game takes place during the Cold War in 1964. It follows the story of Naked Snake, a young soldier who is tasked with assassinating a scientist and preventing the development of a new Metal Gear weapon.
