Ingression Portals Into New Gameplay Trailer

Prepare to step into a sci-fi world wrapped up in a time paradox. Traveling to the future is the only way to save the past, luckily for you, you’re a master thief with access to portal technology. So, maybe this isn’t out of your wheelhouse. Today, Espale Studios is excited to give players a glimpse of their upcoming portal-based 2D platformer, Ingression, with a new trailer. Inviting players to a sci-fi and cyberpunk world, players will need to master difficult and unforgiving challenges as they adventure. A press release provides some more details on the game itself. Of course, the trailer gives players a look at what they can expect. 

Ingression allows players to step into the shoes of Rina, a master thief living in 2442 under the rule of the corrupt Galactic Empire. However, she has a bigger destiny: keeping time intact. Pitting players in unforgiving platforming levels, the game introduces several interesting mechanics to help solve these puzzling levels. Importantly, as Rina, players will explore levels designed with portals in mind. However, solving the levels isn’t the only problem players will encounter. Of course, there will be several dangers for players to deal with as they advance, from lasers targeting your brain to escaping from drones chasing you to death, to more.

Currently, a release date for Ingression has yet to be announced. However, more information on the game is available on its website. The game will be available on PC via Steam.
