Capcom Showcase Event Will Show Off Many Games In Mid June
Capcom is one of the biggest video game companies in the world. The company has a stellar lineup of titles such as Resident Evil, Okami and Street Fighter. The company has announced that it will host a digital livestream event, the Capcom Showcase, on June 12th, 2023. At the showcase, the company will unveil details and information about upcoming releases and future titles for fans around the world.
Via its official Twitter, the company shared some further details on what fans can expect on June 12th. It stated, “The Capcom Showcase airs next Monday, June 12 at 3pm PDT! Look forward to new looks at Dragon’s Dogma 2, Exoprimal, Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, as well as a few other updates!” Dragon’s Dogma 2 was first unveiled at the PlayStation Showcase, and fans were happy to hear of the sequel, as the first game in the franchise was highly praised.
Thus far, fans can look forward to a run time of approximately thirty-six minutes and it will be available on several streaming platforms such as Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, Steam and TikTok. In the teaser trailer, viewers get a snapshot of some of the content they can expect.
With the closure of E3, a mainstay in video games as an expo and showcase, many companies have begun to host their own shows. Besides Capcom, fans can look forward to the Ubisoft Showcase and the Microsoft Showcase. Additionally, PlayStation recently held its showcase where it unveiled Spider-Man 2 and much more.
