Amnesia: The Bunker Latest Trailer Shows Off Uncut Footage

Frictional Games is a Swedish based video game company. It has a knack for creating tense and surreal scenarios and experiences. In the past, the company released SOMA, Penumbra and several titles in the Amnesia franchise. Today, Frictional Games has released a ten minute gameplay trailer for Amnesia: The Bunker. It features uncut footage of the game and gives fans great insight into the title. It will release on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S on May 23rd.

Amnesia The Bunker

The game is described as follows, “Left all alone in a desolate World War I bunker with only one bullet remaining in the barrel, it’s up to you to face the oppressing terrors in the dark. Keep the lights on at all costs, persevere, and make your way out alive. A truly intense horror experience.” Furthermore, as Henri Clement, players must venture through the bunkers with a revolver gun, dynamo flashlight and other scarce supplies. Survival is key. However, players will be hunted by an even-present threat that is attracted to sound and movement. Therefore, each action has a serious consequence.

Moreover, players will be able to solve problems as they move through the semi-open world by experimentation and exploration. Additionally, there are other features in the game such as unique physics based interactions, constant tension, multiple solutions to issues and scavenging for survival. In the footage, players get a gist of the daunting experience.
