Slocap Confirms That Sifu’s Free Arenas Update Will Release In March 

Sloclap released Sifu, its action, beat-em-up game to much success in 2022. The game released on PC via the Epic Games Store, the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Today, Sloclap confirmed that the game will release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam alongside the free ‘Arenas’ update on March 28th, 2023. Furthermore, interested fans can pre-order the game today on the Microsoft Store.

The Arenas Expansion offers a ton of content for fans. Players will be able to access nine new locations and forty-five new challenges spread across five new game modes. Moreover, players will enjoy up to ten hours of fresh and fun gameplay as they continue to master the art of Kung Fu. Additionally, players will be pushed to their limit in the Survival Mode, where waves of enemies crash upon them, or they can perfect their style in Performance Mode. Also, players in Manhunt Mode must take down a specific target surrounded by protectors.

In Sifu, players as a young Pak Mei, a Kung-Fu student, must embark on a quest fueled by revenge. Players will be tasked with hunting terrifying warriors who slaughtered their master while growing older in age and wisdom. Sloclap’s Sifu roared to success since its release, by selling more than one million copies in the first three weeks and garnering critical acclaim.
