There’s a Protocol for That
There are very clear similarities drawn between The Callisto Protocol and the Dead Space Remake. Although Callisto came out first, Dead Space is the new hotness and fans of the genre seem to like it more. However, if Callisto is your preferred game, you will like this news.
Developer Striking Distance Studios released the Contagion Bundle DLC today. If you have the Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass, you can redeem it. The Contagion Bundle is comprised of Contagion Mode, the Watchtower Skin Collection, and 14 new Death Animations, which are particularly gruesome.
The Watchtower Skin Collection has two suits that Jacob can wear. There is an armored suit and a worker’s suit. Though it is not explicitly shown, this includes weapon skins. One of them appears in the trailer.

Contagion Mode is for those who hate themselves and love pain. Enemies are further enhanced and resources are even more limited. Death also carries a heavier price. Every death will send you back to the beginning of the chapter.
As mentioned above, this comes with the Season Pass for The Callisto Protocol. Whether or not this bundle is worth the price of the pass is up to you. Striking Distance Studios released a Hardcore Mode update not too long ago for free, so is a more difficult mode enough?
The Callisto Protocol is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
