Paradox Interactive Announces Cities: Skyline Console Remastered 

Paradox Interactive is a major video game publisher and developer involved in the release of various titles. Some of these include Stellaris, Crusader Kings and Europa Universalis. Today, the company has announced Cities: Skyline Console Remastered. It will release on 15th February, 2023 and introduce a host of new and cool additional features into the game. Players can access the remastered edition on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

The enhanced player experience on the next-gen consoles will include the following content:

  • 25 buildable tiles!
  • Quick selection tool
  • UX Improvements (such as precision placements, distance indicator and updated snapping options)
  • New environmental controls panel (adjust things like time of day, rain, fog, and environment colouring)
  • Map Editor
  • And an overall graphic performance increase for the bigger city builders!

Furthermore, the developers have released a short teaser trailer for the remastered edition. Furthermore, in responding to a comment on Facebook, the official Paradox Interactive account indicated that the game will be available for owners without any additional costs. However, the content must be downloaded manually.

Moreover, in Cities: Skyline, players have the ability to build a modern city by playing as the mayor. Players will face various challenges as they manage and grow the cities’ education, water, electricity, police, fire fighting and of course, its economy. Also, players will have access to intense and extensive mods that will make the experience unique, challenging and fun. Cities: Skyline is a fantastic city builder that has stood the test of time.
