Can I Clean the Buster Sword?
Somebody stop Square Enix! Their crossovers are getting out of hand and I love it! Today, PowerWash Simulator comes out on PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. This release coincides with the Tomb Raider crossover that was announced a couple of weeks ago. And now Square Enix is at it again…
Perhaps Square Enix’s most popular franchise, Final Fantasy is also crossing over with PowerWash Simulator. Not much about this is revealed, but the items do appear to be modeled after Final Fantasy VII Remake. The Midgar Special Pack will be coming to all platforms, but there is no specified release date.
All we have to go on is the teaser image. We see the player, the Hardy-Daytona, and the Shinra Hauler. These vehicles are present during the famous Midgar getaway sequence in both original and Remake. We can assume that these vehicles will be cleaning jobs.

Here’s what we DON’T know. We do not know the release date of this crossover and we do not know the scope. The Tomb Raider crossover has five jobs players can take part in. The Midgar Special Pack will likely be about the same size. It will be interesting to see what kind of items and set pieces that will be the focus of these jobs.
PowerWash Simulator is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
