God of Rock Will Officially Release In Mid April 2023
Modus Games, along with indie developer, Modus Games Brazil, have announced the release date for their upcoming hybrid rhythm and fighting game. The companies have confirmed that God of Rock will officially release on April 18th, 2023. The game will be available on PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch. The release date is a slight delay from the expected winter window.
In the game, players will learn that the mysterious God of Rock has revived music’s greatest legends. With new bodies and powers, these musicians must fight against each other for musical supremacy. Furthermore, players will enjoy a fun twist on a respected genre as there are tense one-on-one matches, a dozen unique fighters and a great combat system that mixes music with actions. Moreover, players can enjoy a variety of game modes from the Story Mode, Training Mode, Track Editor and Local and Ranked Online Multiplayer.
From the gameplay trailer, viewers will understand the difficult dynamics of the game, as each key results in an attack and missing keys can be detrimental. The game appears to be challenging and pretty damn fun.
Interested fans can check out the game at Holiday Matsuri in Orlando, Florida from December 16th to 18th. Holiday Matsuri is a cool anime, gaming, cosplay and pop culture convention that attracts fans from around the world.
