Today, Strange Shift Studios has unveiled its upcoming adventure game Chasing the Unseen. Prepare to embark on a massive adventure full of mystery and colossal creatures. Of course, a press release provides some more details about the game. Additionally, a reveal trailer shows off just what players can expect.Â
Chasing the Unseen introduces players mysterious otherworldly landscapes as they embark on an adventure. Playing as an unnamed boy, players will dive into abstract and wonderous levels generated with fractal math and other procedural techniques. Of course, the game itself also features another draw: massive, climbable, monsters. From octopi to giant leviathans the boy is able to climb them all, while he explores these alien landscapes. However, despite the big monsters, Chasing the Unseen is a relaxing and serene game about reflection and serenity.Â
Importantly the game features a dynamic climbing system that offers exciting gameplay sequences atop massive creatures. Of course, players will be able to run, climb, jump, and glide, their way to the creature before hoisting themselves up.
