Marvel’s Midnight Suns is Now Rated in South Korea and May Release Soon

Any Day Now

Firaxis Games’ next game Marvel’s Midnight Suns has been rated in South Korea, suggesting it could release soon after it was delayed in November of last year.

marvel's midnight suns launch delay

As reported by a Reddit user, the game’s official rating in South Korea is set for 15-year-olds or older. While this doesn’t necessarily mean the game is going to release within the next couple of months, it does make it less likely that the game will experience any more delays. The official reason behind this rating simply explains that there are many expressions of violence against living things in the game as well as a lot of blood. This makes sense given what we have seen so far gameplay-wise since the game’s announcement.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns was originally set to release two months ago in March 2022, but since then the game has been delayed to the second half of the year as the development team at Firaxis Games wanted to make Midnight Suns the best game possible and to add more story as well as cinematics to the game.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a tactical RPG set in the darker side of the Marvel Universe. Players will have to face the demonic forces of the Marvel underworld as they team up with the impressive line-up of the midnight suns including Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Wolverine, and many more. Players will take control of a new character known as the Hunter, who is “Lilith the mother of demons” forsaken child. After Hydra revives Lilith, the Avengers decide to revive the Hunter in order to have a chance in defeating this returning evil.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is set to release in the second half of 2022 on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and PS5, as well as PC.
