How To Beat Wastard
Scenario: You’re playing Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. You’re fighting Wastard and it really, truly sucks. Just a real slog through the bog. What do you do? One option is to consult this guide, in the hopes that we have some ideas. We do! Read on to learn the ins and outs of this nasty boss fight.
Wastard mostly heals himself and shoots horrible blue skulls your way. Both are some real day-ruiners. When the blue skulls are on the loose, it’s best to just keep moving. When he heals, it’s through a spirit wyvern summon that appears above him. You see him raise his hands and start the summon? You shoot that thing the second it starts to materialize. Hit it with everything you’ve got, or else this fight will last even longer, and no one wants that. Once you “kill” Wastard, you’ve got to take down his skeleton before the battle is properly over. This is much easier. A little frost damage and he’s done! Make sure you’ve got some shock damage for his ward, and try not to mindlessly pick off his minions. Very few of them spawn throughout the fight, and you’ll need them for resurrection purposes.
