Blasphemous: Wounds of Eventide’s Update Launches Today For Free
Video game developers, The Game Kitchen, released Blasphemous in 2019. The company has continued to release more content for the game since then. The developers have confirmed the release of Blasphemous: Wounds of Eventide’s free update today. The third and final instalment of free updates for Blasphemous is available now. The free update will bring a ton more content to the game and bring various elements of the story to a close. Interested fans can check out Blasphemous on Steam here. There is a free demo available while the game’s base price is $24.99USD.
The free update unveils the final chapter for Wounds of Eventide in the Penitent One’s story. The update offers new levels, bosses and items. Furthermore, it unveils new secrets that will reveal the faith of Cvstodia. For fans of the game, this aspect of the content is key, as it leads into the events of Blaspehmous’ sequel. Blasphemous’ sequel is currently set for release sometime in 2023.
In Blasphemous, players must utilize brutal hack n’ slash skills in the daunting world of Cvstodia. As players continue on their journey, they will explore, loot, upgrade their abilities and much more.
Wounds of Eventide brings an end to three post-launch updates since the game’s original release in 2019. The developers have released Stir of Dawn, new levels of difficulty, various challenges and much more over the past two years.
