Xbox Game Pass To Add Back 4 Blood, Destiny Expansions, and More

Two Big Coop and PvP Multiplayer Games to Be Added to Xbox Game Pass Soon

Coming soon to Xbox Game Pass includes the purported Left 4 Dead successor Back 4 Blood as well as Destiny 2 with its most recent DLC, Beyond Light.  In addition, there are a host of indie games coming in addition to these two big releases, including the strategy based Totally Accurate Battle Simulator.

The two biggest games being added to Xbox Game Pass are of course Back 4 Blood and Destiny 2.  Back 4 Blood is an upcoming coop zombie shooter game made by former devs of the Left 4 Dead games.  As such, it is hailed as Left 4 Dead’s successor, as Valve does not seem to be interested in releasing any major sequel to any of their games.  However, unlike Left 4 Dead, Back 4 Blood will have minor card collection elements as well as a PvP gamemode.

Destiny 2, on the other hand, will arrive with its most recent DLC, Beyond Light.  As Destiny 2 is a free to play game with a live service yearly subscription model, the release on Xbox Game Pass will mean you can catch up on all the latest Destiny content before The Witch Queen releases early next year.  Destiny 2 The Witch Queen is halfway through its final DLC, Season of the Lost, which will run through February 22, 2022 before The Witch Queen releases.

The remaining games include Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, Ring of Pain, The Good Life, The Procession to Calvary. Visage, and The Riftbreaker.  In addition, in case you’ve missed the recent additions, Marvel’s Avengers and Scarlet Nexus have already been added to Xbox Game Pass on the PC, Console, and Cloud.
