You Can Play Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled for Free This Week

If You Have a Nintendo Switch Online Subscription That Is

One of the benefits of having a Nintendo Switch Online Subscription is the occasional release of a limited time free game trial. We’ve seen it done with popular online games like Overwatch, and now we have another trial to look forward to. NSO subscribers can look forward to taking Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled for a spin as the game is available to try for free later this week. The trial will run from tomorrow, December 30 at 11AM PT to January 5 at 11:59PM PT.

Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled Nitro-Fueled

Nintendo of America announced the trial on their Twitter page yesterday.

The trial will offer the full version of the game for players to try out for the week. The game includes both local and online multiplayer options, as well as a single player campaign, trials, battle mode, and more.

This offer is only available for Nintendo Switch Online members residing in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. **Update** The trial will also be available in Europe.

Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled originally released in 2019. While the game is available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4–it does not include cross-platform play, so even with the full version of the game offered with your NSO subscription, you will not be able to play with friends who own the game on Xbox or PlayStation, just the ones who have the game on Nintendo Switch or who are also participating in the game trial.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a kart racer developed by Beenox and published by Activision. It serves as a sort of remake/revamp of the original Crash Team Racing, and Crash Nitro Kart games offering a variety of tracks and characters from these classic titles with a plethora of new material to boot.
