Winners to Be Announced in Livestream on December 10thÂ
As we rapidly approach the end of the year, we get the opportunity to take a look back at this year and all it has to offer. Most of which… isn’t great. Let’s be honest, 2020 has been a rough year for the world at large. However, pandemic and all aside, 2020 has given us plenty to be grateful for–in particular, games. No, I’m just talking about the games that released this year, though there are plenty of great ones and we will get to that, but 2020 has given us something even better than games, time. A positive outcome of an otherwise terrible situation is that the pandemic has allowed people the time and incentive to play games. Whether you are a regular gamer who has had even more time to play, or someone who hasn’t played a game in years, people have been playing everything from Animal Crossing: New Horizons to Among Us.
Now, we to look back at the games that shaped 2020 and celebrate them and their achievements with the announcement of the 2020 Game Awards Nominees.
