Ghost of Tsushima Has Already Been Updated Four Times

You Wouldn’t Know It, But the Game Keeps Getting Better

July 17th can’t come soon enough. PlayStation enthusiasts around the world have eagerly anticipated the release of Ghost of Tsushima for years – and their patience has finally paid off. We’re less than 48-hours away from its release; however, Sucker Punch Productions have remained vigilant in ironing out as much of Ghost as possible before launch.

Having already issued updates 1.01, 1.02, and 1.03, Sucker Punch has now dropped their latest update to Ghost of Tsushima:

Ghost of Tsushima Update 1.04 Patch Notes

  • General bug fixes and improvements
  • Various Localization Fixes
  • Other Bug Fixes

This will most likely be available to the general public as a day-one update. Anyone lucky enough to have already secured a copy, the patch is live now and available for download. It remains to be seen what Sucker Punch Productions will have in store for players over the coming weeks, but with less than two days before release, this will almost certainly be the final update the game receives pre-launch.

Reviews have been strong for the Kurosawa-like open-world adventure. COGconnected’s own James Paley had much praise for the combat, exploration, and overall tone of Tsushima. Be sure to read his thoughts here.
