Animal Crossing Players Find Clues About Future Content

The Cafe And The Gallery In Particular

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a pretty beautiful game, a set of keys to your very own island paradise. On the other hand, there’s not a whole lot in terms of local economy? Although, this may be changing soon, if the clues about future content are being interpreted correctly.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Fans have discovered some interesting dialogue options with different villagers that reference (currently) non-existent systems. In particular, Brewster’s cafe and the museum gallery have come up in conversation. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a couple more destinations in your island getaway routine? Maybe somewhere you can grab a cup of coffee and check out some sweet art?

For those who don’t know, Brewster runs a cafe in previous versions of the game. You can buy coffee there and also work part time. Although a job seems a little off-brand for that island life, the place could really use a spot for a good slug of mud, you know? The art gallery expansion also feels like a good fit, although it’s unclear where players would acquire art for said gallery. Maybe it could be filled with the pieces you commission from Flick and CJ? Fingers crossed we get news on this sometime in the near future. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
