Outriders Pre-Order Listing Includes Deluxe Edition but No Next-Gen
Square Enix has officially listed pre-orders for People Can Fly’s upcoming shooter RPG, Outriders, which includes a deluxe edition that brings bonus content to the game. Although the Xbox Series X is name dropped alongside other platforms, only current generation consoles are actually available for pre-order. Due to the fact that the game has been shown off as a next-gen title before, it’s interesting pre-orders for PS5 and Xbox Series X aren’t included in the listing. According to the pre-order listing, Outriders will be releasing for PC, PS4 and Xbox One in September.
The deluxe edition for Outriders will include bonus content such as The Hell’s Rangers truck mods and decals, The Hell’s Rangers arsenal of 11 unique guns and The Hell’s Rangers male and female gear sets. Although a lot of gear that can be unlocked by playing Outriders will make you look like a badass, these items will give gamers a head start to the aesthetically pleasing gear of the game. The truck mods and decals make your truck look like something fresh out of Mad Max, while the arsenal of guns bring that theme to the battlefield.
We’re surprised to see a listing for Outriders pre-orders that doesn’t include next-gen consoles, despite the fact that the next PlayStation hasn’t officially been announced because it’s a planned next-gen title. We recently got our hands on the upcoming looter-shooter and were under the impression that it’s a next-gen experience despite the recent pre-order listings. The deluxe edition will have a limited number of pre-orders, so check out our close look at the classes of Outriders here!
