Move Over, Homemade Keanu Reeves Doll…
The hype train for Cyberpunk 2077 has been accelerating pretty much since it’s been announced, and there are no signs of it slowing down. The involvement of Keanu Reeves was like pouring gasoline on this fire, and now McFarlane Toys has reached a deal with CD Projekt Red to produce toys for Cyberpunk 2077 for the next three years. The first, and probably only important toy, for them to make is the Johnny Silverhand figure, but it’s really a Keanu Reeves toy.
The Johnny Silverhand figure stands at 7″ and comes with all the must-have accessories for a rock star such as himself: a beer bottle and guitar. It also comes with a black Cyberpunk 2077 stand. Despite all his major joints like wrists, elbows, knees, and shoulders having pretty good mobility, his robot arm is permanently throwing up the rock horns. It’s probably a personal choice though. His bass guitar has an attachable strap to hand off him, but it does not appear that he can really hold it, due to his aforementioned perma-rock hand.
The Johnny Silverhand action figure costs $34.99 CAD at EB Games and can be pre-ordered right now. For the same price, you can also get your second favourite Cyberpunk 2077 character Generic White Male figure. For $44.99 CAD, you can get the 12″ Johnny Silverhand Premium Statue. All three items are expected to ship at the end of March, 2020. Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on April 16th, 2020 on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
