Code Vein Finally Gets a Release Date for Later This Year
Despite being delayed until late 2019 back in July of last year, there was no word on exactly when to expect Code Vein. Well, now it that’s all changed as Bandai Namco has released a new trailer, complete with a solid release date set for this fall.
So when is Code Vein set to release? According to the new trailer that dropped earlier today at E3 it’s set to be released on September 27th, 2019 for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC. And if that wasn’t exciting enough already, get ready to feast your eyes on a trailer focused on the characters that bring the game to life. Instead of a gameplay trailer, this new one showcases the graphics and art style in a big and vibrant way. You can check it out for yourself below.
And if you’re not quite sure what the game is all about at this point, here’s the official game description from the website: “The world as we know it is gone. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. Those who remain fight for survival by acquiring Gifts of power in exchange for their memories, and an ever-increasing thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost; fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity who wander aimlessly in search of blood. Team up and embark on a journey to the ends of hell to unlock your past and escape your living nightmare in CODE VEIN.”
