Someone Wants to Set Up a Real-life Battle Royale Event

Battle Royale Sans the Whole Killing Thing

Some unnamed millionaire wants to plan a real-life last-man-standing battle royale event on a private island — without the whole killing part.

PUBG Jungle

The company Hush Hush, aka “The World’s Leading Luxury Shopping Marketplace,” has been approached by a customer who wants to replicate the 100-person championship inspired by games like Fortnite and PUBG. They are looking for a talented gamemaker who can help organize the three-day event. The gamemaker should have experience in “large-scale event management and set design.”

According to the Hush Hush request page, contestants will be provided with Airsoft guns, ammo and touch-sensitive body armour. The winner will take home a £100,000 jackpot and probably a chicken dinner. Hush Hush will handle registration when the time comes.

The anonymous millionaire hopes to acquire a private island for the real-life battle royale. The event is intended to last three days, with 12 hours of competition each day. At night, competitors will be set up with camping gear, food, and all necessary equipment.

“Battle Royale games have become incredibly popular over the last few years ago and our customer is a huge fan who wants to make the game a reality in the safest way possible,” says Hush Hush’s founder, Aaron Harpin. “If the championship is a success this year, it’s something he wants to make an annual event moving forward, which is very exciting!”

If you think you have what to takes to organize an event like this, you can apply at the Hush Hush website where they will pay £1,500 daily. The project is expected to last six weeks with a contract amount of £45,000.
