Xbox One Version of SNK 40th Anniversary Collection Launches May 3rd
The SNK 40th Anniversary Collection — which saw a PS4 and Switch release in March 2019 and November 2018 respectively — has been confirmed to launch on Xbox One on May 3rd as a digital download.
Not only does it support Xbox One X, but Xbox owners will also get the fan-requested classic game, Baseball Stars as a bonus pack-in. This is the first time Baseball Stars has been part of the collection. As of this writing, there’s no word on whether PS4 or Switch owners will receive the extra game so for now, we can say it’s exclusive to the Xbox One version. Players will also have access to both the Japanese and North American versions of Baseball Stars.
Other titles included in the Anniversary Collection are Alpha Mission, Athena, Crystalis, Ikari Warriors, Ikari Warriors II: Victory Road, Ikari Warriors III: The Rescue, Guerilla War, P.O.W., Prehistoric Isle, Psycho Soldier, Street Smart, TNK III, Vanguard, Chopper I, Fantasy, Munch Mobile, SASUKE vs COMMANDER, Time Soldiers, Beast Busters, Bermuda Triangle, OZMA WARS, PADDLE MANIA, S.A.R., World Wars.

- Xbox One Exclusive – Baseball Stars: For the first time, the hit baseball game, Baseball Stars, is included as part of the collection, with both Japanese and North American versions included!
The collection is developed by Digital Eclipse, who is known for video game re-releases, and will cost $39.99 USD. A Physical edition was not mentioned.
