100 Extra Floors of Demons
Capcom’s Devil May Cry V is on the fast road to its first DLC. After a resounding success among the critics, players will see the content bolstered at no additional cost.
That’s right, Devil May Cry V’s first DLC will be free, and it arrives on April 1st. Titled The Bloody Palace, the content drop comes with 100 levels of carnage. An arena mode that gets progressively difficult as you move up the ladder, we could be looking at hordes of minions leading up to several boss battles. If that’s the case, the mode may include recycled bosses from the campaign (pure speculation). No word yet on the kind of rewards that will be made available.
Commercially and critically, Devil May Cry V has been something of a blow-out, leading to proclamations that “Capcom is back.” If you’re the slightest bit interested in how the developers infused their magic into the game, you can check out a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how they directed their cutscenes. Meanwhile, many fans of the Nintendo Switch must wait patiently for an honest port, provided Dragon’s Dogma sells well.
Devil May Cry V Xbox Oneis available now for , PS4, and PC. Have you played it yet? What are your thoughts on The Bloody Palace DLC? Let us know in the comments down below.
