NBA Live 19 Adds a Bunch of New Goodies and New Multiplayer Event
Just in time for this weekend’s NBA All-Star game, EA Tiburon has dropped the NBA Live 19 All-Star Edition for PS4 and Xbox One.
The All-Star Edition adds a bunch of new content to the game and is available for free for anyone that already owns the original NBA Live 19. First-time buyers can grab this new version up until March 22nd, 2019. In addition to the base game, players will receive five All-Star Ultimate Team packs that add new NBA stars to players’ Ultimate Teams, legendary All-Star uniforms and an NBA Live All-Star squad player to use in Court Battles.
Court Battles, available only in The One mode, allow players to compete against each other on custom courts with custom rules to win various bonuses and prizes.
Also announced is a series of multiplayer events called Versus. Starting today and going until March 22nd, players can participate in weekly events and earn in-game signature moves from their favourite creators, including YG, Nav, Bone Collector, The Professor, Filayyyy and more. Players can also earn legendary NBA All-Star players like Joel Embiid to join their teams as they compete against their opponents.
