THQ Lets the Darksiders Out of the Bag
There’s been rumblings of the first Darksiders game making its way to the Switch for quite a while now, but after the game’s publisher accidentally uploaded an announcement trailer to their website pre-emptively, they’ve enlisted one of Canada’s greatest comedians to clean up the mess.
The trailer was spotted by the folks over at VOOKS, who were cool enough to actually get the trailer up on their own channel after the publisher pulled it from the website, and replaced it with a GIF from The Naked Gun starring the late Canadian comedy legend Leslie Nielsen.

It’s nice to see THQ has a good sense of humor about the mishap – if it were a brand new big-budget title, things may be a little different. You’ll probably notice the trailer itself doesn’t have a release date, nor does it promote a physical version of the game, only bearing the Nintendo eShop logo in the bottom right corner at the end of the video, meaning it’ll likely be a digital-only title for Nintendo’s hybrid console.
