Black Cat’s Back in Time for Halloween
The hype train called Spider-Man just keeps on going, thanks to the impending arrival of three DLC. Our first add-on for the PlayStation 4 spider-verse, called The Heist, will be available in time for Halloween.
Spider-Man: The Heist will be available on October 23, 2018. If you picked up the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will already have access to the DLC and those that follow. In addition to an expanded story, players will receive three new spidey suits with new abilities. One of them, the all-new Resilient Suit, was designed by Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell’Otto. Comic book fans will also recognize the suit from Scarlet Spider II and the Spider-Verse Spider UK Suit.
As written on the PlayStation Blog, “As you play Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, you’ll encounter the beginning of a new, interconnected story taking place over the three chapters of Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps. A robbery at an art museum entangles Spider-Man and MJ with an old flame from Peter Parker’s past, Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat.”
Of course, the DLC comes with additional content in the form of new factions, missions, and new trophies. Therefore, many players who’ve completed the story have every reason to jump back in.
