The Subscription Service Will Soon Come To PC

The Xbox One subscription service Xbox Game Pass is coming to the PC sometime soon, according to a recent report from Shacknews about a Microsoft earnings conference call.

During the call, Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella “also dropped an interesting bit of news on PC gamers by revealing that the company would soon bring Xbox Games Pass functionality to Windows PCs.”

According to Shacknews’ report, Nadella didn’t give any further details about when exactly the subscription service will come to PC but his comments certainly confirm that PC users will eventually be able to use it.

For those who don’t know about Xbox Game Pass then here’s how it works: for the monthly price of $10, subscribers get access to “over one hundred great Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles,” according to the official website.

These games can be downloaded to your Xbox One and played offline. Also, exclusive Xbox One games can be played through the service on launch day.

What do you think of this news? If you’re a PC gamer then are you excited about Xbox Game Pass or does it seem like an underwhelming service? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
