New Just Cause 4 Screenshots Put the Open Spaces and Epic Weather System on Display
The huge game map for Just Cause 4 was just revealed and it’s set in the vast open spaces of South America but that’s not the only thing Square Enix has recently revealed about the game. In fact, the developer has just dropped three amazing new screenshots that capture not only the games beauty, but also its new weather system.
In the short time since Just Cause 4 was revealed back in June it has become clear that this is the most ambitious title in the series yet and these latest reveals do nothing but confirm this. Just Cause will feature huge open environments of desert, forest, and snow and you’ll have a variety of different ways to get around the large map, including Rico’s new suit.
This latest game in the series will be powered by the APEX Engine, and as captured by these new screenshots, Just Cause 4 will be beautiful! According to Square Enix, this APEX Engine will deliver the most interactive and extreme weather simulations ever, complete with endless possibilities. Here’s what they have to say about it, “Fight your enemies under extreme weather conditions, including treacherous tornadoes and tropical lightning storms, taking the iconic Just Cause action to insane new heights. Use extreme weather events to your advantage thanks to never seen before in-game physics.” You can check out the brand new screenshots below.
Just Cause 4 is set to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC later this year, on December 4th. What do you think about the latest screens of Just Cause 4?
