Playstation Builds a Loyal VR Following
Despite all trepidations surrounding virtual reality, PSVR has successfully enticed a corner of the market. We know because, today, PlayStation is celebrating 3 million sold systems.
To commemorate their PSVR milestone, Sony has announced two games slated for release this year. On September 25, 2018, VR players can look forward to Creed: Rise to Glory. Based on the venerated Rocky film spin-off, the game puts players in the gloves of Adonis Creed as he fights his way from amateur to boxing champion.
For the sci-fi oriented gamer, Sony has unveiled Evasion. In this shooter, you play as one of four unique hero classes tasked with saving an embattled colony. Imagine an experience that shares similarities to Destiny and Gunheart. Pre-orders are now live, and you can pick up the game when it arrives on October 9. 2018.
