Respawn Entertainment Shares Their First Details About Their Star Wars Game
EA Play has officially kicked off this years world’s largest video game event in E3. As such, there are some huge announcements being made, including a title and release window for Respawn Entertainment’s next project set in the Star Wars universe!
Though we’ve known this project was in the works for a while, this is the first time any real information about the game has been shared and it’s definitely something to get excited about.During the EA Play event Vince Zampella from Respawn shared the first details from their next project set in the Star Wars universe calling it Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Though we didn’t get a first look at the game, Vince Zampella teased that the game, if already indicated by the title, will take place in between Episode III and EPisode IV, in the “dark times when the Jedi are being hunted.” Of course, as it’s early in its development, we didn’t get any exact gameplay details, though Zampella did say we’ll get to play as a Jedi. In what capacity it’s still unknown.
In addition to both the official name and setting in the Star Wars universe, Respawn’s Zampella also revealed the release window, set for Holiday 2019. Though it’s still a ways off, the hype is real!
