What Is It With Assassin’s Creed and Leaks?
The story premise of the next Assassin’s Creed game, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, has been revealed on a PlayStation Store page two days before Ubisoft’s Monday conference for E3.

If, for some reason, you can’t see the posted image then here’s the description:
“Take control of your destiny and write your own epic odyssey as you journey to become a legendary Spartan hero. Live incredible adventures in a world where every choice matters. Rejected by your family, you must embark on an adventure from outcast mercenary to legendary Spartan hero to uncover the truth about your past.”
Going on that story premise alone reveals several things about this upcoming Assassin’s Creed game. First, you’ll be playing as a Spartan warrior. Second, the “every choice matters” part further hints at rumors that this next game is even going to be more of an RPG than 2017’s Assassin’s Creed Origins was. Third, there appears to be no mention of the two main factions of the series: the Assassins and the Templars.
Now, this description doesn’t confirm that those factions won’t be in the game but this is noticeable nonetheless.
Odyssey was officially announced by Ubisoft last week only a few hours after it’s existence was leaked because of a keyring.
More of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is expected to be shown on Monday during Ubisoft’s E3 conference.
