Players Compete in Mobile Games for a Chance at Cash Prizes
After the wild success of eSports leagues last year, the great company, Amazon, is sponsoring an all-new event for their mobile titles. The most competitive games will be broadcast, and only the best players will qualify. Prepare for the Mobile Masters competition, which shall include Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, Survival Arena, World of Tanks Blitz, and Critical Ops.
Masters of the aforementioned titles will get their shot at a share of the $100,000 prize pool. Power Rangers: Legacy Wars and Survival Arena will be running early round qualifiers for players to earn a spot at Mobile Masters in Seattle. Qualifiers will be open to players of all levels and will be powered by GameOn, Amazon’s recently launched competitive gaming service. GameOn allows developers to integrate competitions natively into their games across platforms and devices through a set of flexible APIs. Through GameOn and live esports events, Amazon offers developers unique ways to increase consumer engagement and helps make esports accessible to all players and spectators.
“With GameOn, [developers] can now run qualifiers across the globe for Mobile Masters, identify the best players in their games, award prizes to participants and nurture talent creating a stronger sense of community,” said Marja Koopmans, Director, Amazon Competitive Gaming, in a press release.

This is an incredible innovation that brings the physical and digital world together in a way that takes competitive mobile gaming to another level.”
A state-of-the-art streaming studio out of Seattle, WA shall broadcast the live event on June 23-24. Any players who hope to qualify for the Power Rangers: Legacy Wars tournament can join between May 5-13th. And Survival Arena players can enter to qualify from May 14th-May 21st.
