Next Week Square Enix Will Unveil Shadow of the Tomb Raider Entirely
Last month a teaser trailer unveiled Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the third game in the trilogy reboot, but until now that’s the only trailer available. Sure, we’ve seen some art work, but who doesn’t love to just dive into the gameplay? Lucky for us Square Enix has teased that a full reveal of the anticipated title is coming next week!
The official Tomb Raider Twitter account shared more information about the upcoming title in their latest tweet, which confirms a full reveal next week. Next Friday, April 27th, Tomb Raider fans can expect to see a whole lot more, which will likely include a full trailer, though Square Enix hasn’t said exactly what fans should expect. The game website doesn’t provide any extra details either, however it has a timer ticking down to the big reveal, as well as the teaser announcement trailer and a puzzle. If you’re not quite sure what to expect from the puzzle contest, it allows fans the chance to learn more about the game. “Solve the Path of the Stars puzzle to unlock exclusive clues to Lara Croft’s next adventure in Shadow of the Tomb Raider! A new level will launch every Monday along with another chance to win a prize, leading up to the grand reveal of Shadow of the Tomb Raider on April 27th.”
The rule page also says that once each level of the puzzle is solved 5000 times, a new clue for the anticipated title will be unlocked. In fact, this is how the game art was unveiled a couple weeks ago. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is set to release on September 14th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
