Far Cry 5 Micros Get Official Prices
There is no escaping microtransactions and Far Cry 5 is no exception. The microtransactions are called “Silver Bars” in the game, and if you choose to purchase some, you’ll be able to access cosmetics, weapons, and mods early without having to earn the regular in-game currency you’ll get for completing standard activities. The price tags have been revealed for the microtransactions and we have full details below.
The price breakdown is as follows:
- Small Silver Bars Pack – 500 Credits – $4.99
- Medium Silver Bars Pack – 1,050 Credits – $9.99
- Large Silver Bar Pack – 2,400 Credits – $19.99
- XL Silver Bar Pack – 4,550 Credits – $34.99
- XXL Silver Bars Pack – 7,250 Credits – $44.99
As mentioned the Silver Bars are used in Far Cry 5 to buy consumables, items, outfits and more.
There is also a Deluxe Pack available for $9.99. This DLC pack comes with the following:
- Includes exclusive .44 magnum and AR-C assault rifle with unique skins, plus the Ace Pilot and Big Game Hunter Packs.
- Ace Pilot Pack includes Aerial Force outfit, plus gun and helicopter skins.
- Big Game Hunter Pack includes Hunter outfit, plus bow and ATV skins.
If you haven’t heard already, Ubisoft previously announced the season pass, which is priced at $29.99. This bundle includes Far Cry 3 Classic Edition in addition to expansions based on Viet Cong soldiers, Martian arachnids and zombies.
