From Dusk Till Casa Bonita Adds More Story and Superhero Class
Ubisoft is expanding the world of South Park: The Fractured But Whole with fresh new DLC later this month, itโs been announced.
The DLC, called From Dusk Till Casa Bonita, will launch on March 20th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC for only $12 USD. It brings with it an all-new story campaign and a superhero class.
From Dusk Till Casa Bonitaโs story centres around Mysterionโs sister, who has somehow gotten herself tangled in with the Vamp Kids of South Park. Theyโve decided to descend upon Cartmanโs favourite restaurant, Casa Bonita, and itโs up to you to put an end to them. Youโll be able to go inside the restaurant, explore Black Bartโs cave, watch the cliff divers, eat some tasty Mexican food, and defeat the Vamp Kids once and for all โ or, in the world of eight-year-olds, at least until tomorrow.
The DLC also adds the Netherborn class, which features four new occult powers. Thereโs also Henrietta, a new powerful support character who is a Witch and a Goth, who will aid you on your adventure. Players can choose to don their character with new Goth costumes and even gain some sweet new loot.
Still not sold on South Park: The Fractured But Whole? Hereโs a snippet from our original review, which you should totally read.
โBuilding off of the massive success of The Stick of Truth, Fractured But Whole has an incredibly satisfying combat system that leaves you constantly eager for the next fight, exemplary and natural dialogue from everyone in town, and a truly epic soundtrack. With a fully customizable character, loads of pop culture references, and political satire that might hit a little too close to home, this is exactly the game we hoped it could be. In terms of a raunchy, dirty, filthy, cuss-filled RPG that pushes the boundaries of comedy, no one does it better, and I mean that in the best possible way.โ
