Fortnite Has Had over 230 Cosmetic Items Available to Players
With the popularity of Fortnite growing by the day, it’s no surprise that the free to play game would have a eye-watering amount of cosmetics for players to buy. Thankfully, one Reddit user has compiled them all into a list for us.
The list of items included in the giant chart include: pickaxe skins, costumes for characters, emotes, and plenty more. The user even categorised them by rarity to make it easier to find the item you’re looking for. After putting the chart together, there was a total of 234 cosmetic items in the game, and I have no doubt that we’ll be getting more very soon.
Below is the enormous chart, put together by Reddit user imkairu.
Now, not every included in this list is available for purchase right now; Fortnite has a lot of different seasonal events that have their own unique skins attached to them. If Fortnite is like every other game, we will be able to purchase anything we’re missing when the event rolls round again later in the year.
On top of all of this, another Reddit user sat down at calculated how much it would cost a player to buy all of this fancy gear. The calculated total for this was roughly 143,000 v-bucks, which is Fortnite’s in-game currency. This equates to nearly $1,070 if the player were to purchase the most expensive v-bucks pack (which has the best value for money).
Fortnite, alongside PUBG, has also moved to a mobile platform after the booming success on PC, Xbox, and PS4. Players can sign up for an invite to play Fortnite on their iOS phones, with an announcement from Epic Games (Fortnite’s developer) that an Android version is in the works and should be coming soon.
