A Long Road to a Release Date Is Now a Long Road to Release
This is the report straight from the horse’s mouth. In their latest update, the legendary Rockstar Games announced that their highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 will be arriving for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this October.
It’s been a very long wait just for an announcement, and now we have to wait a little longer. The exact release date for Red Dead Redemption 2 is October 26th, 2018, and let’s hope with all hope that it doesn’t get pushed back yet again. Of course, there’s a reason for its arrival so late in the year. With this sequel, the devs are asking for patience so that they can deliver their desired level of polish. They said as much in a new message to fans, which came with the reveal of new screenshots. See below.
