You Can Now Play Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi StrikerÂ
As of today, the Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker open beta begins for PlayStation 4 users. Running from February 23 at 3:00 am PT to Sunday, February 25, at 3:00 am PT, participants will gain an exclusive t-shirt for the retail version that hits later this year.
The open beta lets players create their own character, or play as Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, or Kakashi. Two maps are available: Hidden Leaf Forest and Hidden Sand Training Grounds.
The high-speed, four vs. four multiplayer game encourages cooperation between its character-specific roles. There are four kinds: Attack, Ranged, Defence, and Heal.
According to the PlayStation Blog, the following jutsus and techniques are available:
Attack Type
- Lightning Blade, Sharingan
- Lightning Style: Shadow Clone Jutsu
- Massive Rasengan, Kamui
- Sage Art: Wind Style Rasen Shuriken
- Shadow Clone Jutsu
Defence Type
- Lightning Style: Shadow Clone Jutsu

Heal Type
- Cellular Extraction Jutsu
- Cherry Blossom Clash
- Lightning Style: Shadow Clone Jutsu

Producer Niino Noriaki worried some fans when he said that the game would not have a story mode. But it looks like the game is going to be focused on online multiplayer play.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is set for release in Japan in 2018 for PlayStation 4, and for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Europe.
