CD Projekt Red Is Ready to Show off Cyberpunk 2077 Again
A big reveal for Cyberpunk 2077 might be happening at this year’s E3, according to a report from Polish gaming website GRYOnline.
The report was first spotted on ResetEra and it reveals that developer CD Projekt Red will debut a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 in June (possibly during a press conference) and have a playable, behind-closed-doors demo.
This news comes on the heels of a mysterious tweet from Cyberpunk 2077’s Twitter account last week. Not only was it the first tweet since 2013, it has since fuelled speculation from fans that we may finally be seeing the game in action very soon.
If the sources are accurate, E3 2018 would be a wonderful way to get people excited about Cyberpunk 2077 again. Now that the dust has settled on The Witcher 3 and it’s DLC’s — not to mention a plethora of patches and 4K updates — it would serve CD Projekt Red well to unveil their next big game. They earned a ton of high praise for The Witcher 3, and it’s safe to say that many people are looking forward to what they do next.
The first trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 debuted back in 2013 but it didn’t show off much, which made sense since it was still very early in development. Five years later, we’re certain the developers are anxious to show the world what they’ve been working on.
