Chucklefish Announces Game Just Days Before Release
The nice people over at Chucklefish have finally delivered a release date for the Nintendo Switch version of their RPG/Farming Simulator, Stardew Valley. The pixel title that has garnered much acclaim may look nowhere better than it will on the portable console. With all that in mind, the game is coming in three days.
Yes, the developer decided to reveal the release date just three days ahead of the arrival. Therefore, I hope you have a clear schedule. The game has a knack for absorbing players in its story and the endless array of pastoral activities. Its saving grace is that you can play on the go, and it will cost you no more than $14.99.
The Nintendo Switch port of Stardew Valley was handled by Sickhead Games. Look forward to seeing it on October 5th.
In previous news, the developer relayed that they’d incorporate multiplayer in the future. But, that was for the Steam version. Knowing Chucklefish, however, they’ll work to release it on all platforms. Our one hope should be that Nintendo’s online service actually renders it playable. Look forward to announcements as time goes by.
Happy gaming.
