One Lucky Person Will Win a Statue of Han Solo Frozen in Carbonite
Have you been searching for a way to brighten your gaming room up? Maybe you’ve just always wanted a life-size statue from Star Wars. Whatever the reason, you may be interested to know that PlayStation Australia has teamed up with EA and Lucasfilm to give away a free life-size Han Solo statue in celebration of Star Wars Battlefront II.
The life-sized statue sees Han Solo frozen in carbonite and it stands at 7 and a half feet tall! This statue has been recreated by Sideshow to look exactly like it does in the movie Return of the Jedi and will certainly make your gaming room look like Jabba’s Palace. And who wouldn’t be jealous of that? If you’re wondering what something of this size and infamy might cost, it is valued at $10,000 AUD, or $7500 USD. You can check out what it looks like below.
Unfortunately this contest is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18, but who knows, maybe Sony will do something cool like that here. We can hope anyways. For everyone who is eligible to enter for a chance to win, you just have to pre-order any edition of Star Wars Battlefront II for the PlayStation 4 from the PlayStation Store. Of course, this must be done before November 16th at 11:59 AEDT. Once you have pre-ordered a copy of the highly anticipated title, you will need to register here and provide the email address for your PSN account.
