Looks Like We’ll See the Return of a Classic Xbox Exclusive
For ant long-time fans fascinated with the classic experience that is Fable, it seems Xbox is looking out for you. According to the head honcho himself, Phil Spencer, there are current plans to get Fable Anniversary on Xbox One Backward Compatibility.
When asked about the possibility of Fable coming to Xbox One Backward Compatibility, Spencer tweeted the following:

When asked about the possibility of a Fable 4, Spencer was completely silent. Moving on…
Fable Anniversary is the re-release of Fable: Lost Chapters, itself a re-release of the original game. Developed by Lionhead Studios, the title saw its console debut on Xbox. Since then, we have seen the franchise reach legendary status. At least until it took a bit of a dip in ratings with Fable 3.
